Susan Smith is the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) Practice Director of WJ Technologies, working with small and mid-sized companies to assist them in selecting, implementing, and using software solutions as the cornerstone of a fully compliant accounting system. Susan is certified, by Unanet, as a Unanet implementor after attending Unanet’s extensive Partner Bootcamp training program for Project Tracking, Project Billing and Financials.

With over 25 years experience as both a user and implementer of diverse software systems and extensive real world experience, she is eminently qualified to understand the client’s perspective, and guide them through the process.

Susan also provides advisory services for government contractors, assisting with indirect cost rate structures, policies and procedures, incurred cost submissions, and interfacing with DCAA and DCMA with clients.
