RESOLVE was in the midst of transitioning to a new accounting system, Intacct, from their legacy system Deltek GCS Premier. As is the case with many dynamic organizations, RESOLVE was concurrently facing internal accounting and operations staffing changes. WiJiT was engaged to act as a vital source of expertise and accounting leadership to act as a bridge during this time of transition.
RESOLVE needed interim expertise to help review and address multiple years of accounting records to insure they could properly perform a financial review, transition to the new accounting system and meet the regulatory requirements of their government contracts.
RESOLVE successfully updated their business operations while streamlining some of their business processes, received an unqualified opinion on their multi-year financial statement review and transitioned to the Intacct solution as of January 1, 2016.
The WiJiT team provided a Senior Accountant to assist with RESOLVE’s daily business functions and a multi-period reconciliation process. Additionally, WiJiT assisted in the coordination of a multi-year review of the organization’s financial statements, and helped prepare for RESOLVE’s annual Government Services Administration (GSA) audit and quarterly sales reports. WiJiT, in conjunction with CohnReznick, were engaged to help manage the GSA audit.
